October Newsletter

Thank you everyone for all the hard work you are doing.

We are getting ready for the Fabric Yard Sale at MaryAnn’s house on October 29th and 30th.  We have most all of the fabric there and she would like for you to come and check it out before it is sold.  Some of the Christmas fabric is just adorable.  If you want to see the fabric call MaryAnn and she will make herself available to you to do so.  MaryAnn has put alot of work into this, thanks MaryAnn!  I am hoping that we can make some good money to buy things that we want and need.

We also will be meeting on November 13th at the library to finish up any last minute items we are working on for the craft fair at Loganville on November 20th.  I want to thank Sue Markel for getting this up and running for us.

I have already booked the library for the third Saturday of the month for each and every month in the new year (2012).  Thanks to Demi for allowing us the use of the room.   It does seem to be a great location AND a great place to pull in some new recruits!

I have decided that we can stay with the 45″ wide quilts because it is too much for us to piece our backing.  We can still make it a longer quilt for the older children.  Remember no quilts will be taken under 36″.

I think that is it for now.  Hope to see you soon.
